About the Role

Supports the Associate Director in overseeing special projects, including strategic actuarial initiatives and deep-dive analysis for financial initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities:- Strengthen the existing analytics framework to provide management insights for decision making

• Identify the common process across various reporting basis and forecast & budgeting, and provide the ways to streamline & automate the process leveraging the technology
• Manage and interact with different stakeholders, including Actuarial, Capital Management and Finance to ensure alignment
• Drive the technical discussions, manage the deep-dive assessments and provide insights on the financial implications
• Provide actuarial support to resolve complex actuarial technical issues
• Support the Associate Director, Actuarial Reporting on other strategic initiatives as per needed

Minimum Job Requirements:- University / College graduate with at least 8 years of proven experience

• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Consultant
• Attained Fellowship in Actuarial professional examination
• Stochastic modelling experience with Prophet ALS will be an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office and data analysis techniques is crucial
• Experience in people management and coaching
• Experience in project management is a plus
• Ability to investigate complex technical issues and communicate the findings and implications
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
