Responsibilities

• Be a team member of Business & Digital Development Department
• Assist the Corporate Digital Solutions Section to oversee the new development, maintenance and enhancement of digital solutions to our corporate customers
• Collect, define and analyse users’ needs and customers’ feedbacks on digital channels, systems, services and processes for further enhancement and streamlining
• Perform project management and the User Acceptance Test (UAT) to ensure the system development process is on schedule
• Manage and monitor the execution progress of projects/ tasks in project plan
• Keep abreast of latest FinTech development and market trends, and formulate initiatives to grow customer portfolio

Requirements

• University graduate in E-commence, Banking, Finance or a related discipline is preferred
• Preferable 5 years’ experience in development, promotion and delivery of digital solutions and enhancement of customer journey in financial institutions or banking sector
• Sound knowledge in digital and corporate banking operations, procedures, regulatory and compliance requirements
• Good understanding in system concepts and project management techniques
• Good understanding in digital and mobile platforms development
• Strong background in digital banking, covering various products including payment and cash management, foreign exchange, investment, etc.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Good command of both English and Chinese
