At COLOURLIVING, we strive to assist developers, hoteliers, institutions, corporations, spa operators, designers and architects in achieving one of-a-kind projecis, Imbued with memorable interiors through bespoke service and tasteful products for the kitchen and bath, furniture, lighting and intelligent automation systems as well as wine and dine, fragrance and body care Iifestyle offerings.

Responsibilities:

  • To assist / lead the project planning, scheduling, design & co-ordination to ensure smooth implementation for commercial, residential and hospitality projects.
  • Supervise and monitor site progress to ensure the work quality, project schedule and cost-planning could totally compile with the required standards set by the management
  • Liaise with both internal and external parties to facilitate communication and site progress
  • Attend site meeting, monitor work progress and safety control measures on site
  • Handle necessary documentation with both internal and external parties to facilitate project execution

Requirements:

  • Degree / Higher Diploma holder of Building Studies or equivalent
  • Over 5 years’ relevant experience in interior contracting field.
  • Knowledge of A&A works
  • Proficiency in the software of Primavera System Inc, Microsoft Project and AutoCad would be an advantage; with knowledge and experience of handling LEED/ BEAM Plus with relevant qualification is also a plus
  • Good command in spoken and written English & Chinese
  • Strong problem-solving, project planning/ management skills
  • Self-motivated, well-organised and detail-minded
  • Experience in PRC factories communication, progress/ quality management
  • Able to work independently, team player and interpersonal skills
