Job Responsibilities
- Assist Director to develop and execute effective marketing strategies to promote the shopping mall
- Lead a small team to plan, organize and coordinate various events including “Weekend Markets”, Fashion Show, Music Show, New Product Launch, etc
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, consumer trends, and competitor activities
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand image for the shopping mall through various marketing channels
- Ensure smooth event operation including on-site management, helpers arrangement, etc
- Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor
Job Requirements
- Degree holder in BBA / Marketing or other related disciplines
- 8 years relevant experience in shopping mall marketing
- Strong business sense and analytical skills
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Marketing Manager
