Brighten Floriculture Limited was established in HK in 1979. Until 2023 Brighten has been standing in HK for nearly half a century. Currently we are operating 7 stores and a 4-storey Brighten Mall located in Prince Edward Flower Market. And managing 9 different brands.

Brighten Floriculture act as a leader in floriculture industry, also leading the trends, innovate, change and develop to align with our belief of “serving customers from heart”

繽紛園藝於1979年在香港成立，直至2023年繽紛已屹立香港接近半個世紀，現時在太子花墟擁有7間地鋪及1所樓高4層的繽紛商場Brighten Mall，當中營運9個不同品牌，繽紛亦是香港花藝行業的領導者帶領行業不斷革新求變，本著「感動顧客」的信念發展

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the business development of e-commerce platform – “Brigten Mall”.
• Formulate and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and sales growth.
• Work with agencies to develop effective strategies, execution plan and performances tracking, including Paid Media, Retargeting, SEM, SEO as well as affiliate partners to achieve marketing objectives.
• Liaise and collaborate with brand managers, IT, marketing, logistics department, vendor and agencies, to ensure smooth daily operation of e-commerce platform.
• Manage sales performance and operation of e-commerce platform, including monitoring of online product listing and content management, marketing & promotions.
• Optimize online store journey, maximize visitor’s engagement and their conversion rate.
• Responsible for marketing and event management of Brighten Mall.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, digital marketing or related disciplines.
• With a minimum of 5 years solid experience in related field of e-commerce platform / online business development.
• Experience in retail and floriculture industry will be an advantage.
• Good Command in both English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in MS office and Chinese word processing.
• Possesses the following traits or competencies: self-motivated, initiative, team-spirit, polite, accountability, cheerful, patient and willing to learn.
• Have the same philosophy and values with the company “to serve customers from heart".
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Manager.

Location and Time

• Prince Edward Flower Market / 9:30-18:30 (5 days work week)
