Responsibilities:

• Perform system analyses and designs, development, maintenance and supports for commercial banking relating systems
• Supervise and coach developers and perform quality assurance on development deliverables
• Assist in project control and vendor management
• Conduct user training, policy and standard development & enforcement

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Information Technology or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in banking system development
• Proficiency in development and supports on banking applications
• Familiar with AS400/RPG is highly preferred
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

(Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Analyst Programmer)
