Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily general administration duties
- Handle all HR duties including recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee relations, company activities, etc.
- Support Head of HR & Admin in implementing HR & Admin initiatives, policies and programs
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by management
Job Requirement:
- Degree / Diploma holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 4 years of human resources experience
- Well-versed in labour ordinance, MPF ordinance and HR practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Mature, self-motivated, independent on work
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Immediately available is preferred
