Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for daily general administration duties
  • Handle all HR duties including recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee relations, company activities, etc.
  • Support Head of HR & Admin in implementing HR & Admin initiatives, policies and programs
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by management

Job Requirement:

  • Degree / Diploma holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 4 years of human resources experience
  • Well-versed in labour ordinance, MPF ordinance and HR practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Mature, self-motivated, independent on work
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Immediately available is preferred
