Responsibilities:

• Support to develop, maintain, and enhance the Group-wide Sustainable Banking vision, framework, strategies and processes
• Coordinate with various stakeholders in the implementation of relevant ESG and Sustainability projects and activities
• Collaborate with and facilitate collection from various sources the essential information / data for performance indicators (KPIs) identification, analysis and monitoring
• Contribute to developing or enhancing policies relevant to ESG and Sustainability drive of the Group
• Keep abreast of market and regulatory development on ESG and Sustainability matters
• Facilitate and assist the Sustainability Working Group of the Bank on administrative matters
• Assume Sustainability related projects and initiatives as required and assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Environmental Science, Risk Management, Economics or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the banking or consulting industry and knowledge of banking business, processes and products. Experience in ESG, green and sustainable banking, and climate risk management an advantage
• Organized, self-motivated and detail-minded
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written English and Chinese
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
