The company specializes in areas such as Merchandising, Sales and Marketing, Retails, Engineering, Information Technology, Accounting and other general appointments.
We are sincerely looking for high caliber candidates to fill this post:
Responsibilities:
- Diploma or Degree holder in any disciplines
- At least 2 years of working experience in customer service field
- Candidate from Luxury industry would be an advantage
- Strong ability to communicate effectively in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
- Proactive and customer oriented
Requirements:
- Address customer enquiries through a number of channels including phone, email, chat and social, working within brand guidelines
- Work proactively to efficiently resolve customer queries, identifying appropriate solutions accurately and positively, whilst anticipating future needs of the customer
- Liaise with internal departments such as operational and commercial teams to expedite issues that are raised by the customer
- Provide administrative support for the department
