They are currently hiring a Manager for its FP&A & Investment. Ideal candidates with Big 4 Advisory background. Less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager. Immediately available is preferred.

Description

• Analyze the global environment, industry trends, and competitors.
• Research, develop, and screen potential opportunities for M&A projects and investments for decision-making.
• Identify investment opportunities and conduct feasibility studies.
• Manage investment and M&A projects post-acquisition, including documentation, tracking, reporting, and exit strategies.
• Gain an in-depth understanding of the company's global business strategy and stay updated on business development.
• Collaborate with various business units across the company globally.
• Develop long-term strategic plans, annual financial plans, forecasts, and performance variance reports, ensuring compliance with financial reporting requirements and conducting specialized financial analyses.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 6 - 8 years of experience in Big Four accounting firms, and relevant in-house investment/ FP&A experience are a plus.
• Possessing CPA, ACCA, and CFA certifications is advantageous.
• Knowledge of the China market is a must.
• Knowledge of the consumer goods or manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Proficient in project analysis, financial statement analysis, and investment skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin language skills.
