In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of user-friendly mobile applications that enhance the user experience and drive customer engagement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality apps that align with our brand and business objectives.

Description

• Lead the end-to-end app development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define app requirements and develop a clear project roadmap.
• Conduct user research and analysis to identify user needs, preferences, and pain points, and translate them into intuitive and visually appealing app designs.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders and end users.
• Develop high-quality, pixel-perfect UI designs that align with the overall brand identity and enhance the user experience.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of UX/UI designs and provide guidance throughout the development process.
• Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate and refine app designs based on user insights.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in app design and user experience, and incorporate them into the development process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, to ensure app designs align with the overall product strategy and marketing initiatives.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) as a UX/UI designer, with a focus on app design for consumer electronics or mobile applications.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in UX/UI design, including wireframes, interactive prototypes, and finished products.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and mobile app design guidelines for iOS and Android platforms.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and collaboration tools.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly interfaces.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate user feedback into actionable design improvements.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
