Alliance is the market leader in construction materials in Hong Kong with specialization in quarrying and concrete operations.

Technical Engineer / Assistant Technical Engineer

This position is suited to a highly motivated individual, who is determined to develop his career in a thriving business.

Duties :

• Provide technical advice to customers and other departments
• Ensure the effective and efficient operation of technical department according to the quality control and quality assurance procedures and guidelines
• Assist Technical Manager to develop and implement enhanced QA/QC procedures for production and special products
• Assist Technical Manager to manage the mix optimization including analysis on constituent materials and concrete mix performance
• Supervise the digitalization and carbon neutrality projects
• Follow up and conclude customers’ technical queries
• Conduct investigation and review on all quality incidents

Requirements :

• Degree holder in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• 3 years’ experience in related fields. Exposure to construction industry is an advantage
• Good analytical and computer skills
• Proactive, open-minded and result oriented
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with fluent English and Chinese

Those with less working experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Engineer.
