The successful candidate will be an integral part of the team supporting the Leasing department and senior management by providing financial analysis and reports for our investment property portfolio. He/she will perform planning, executing and analysing performance data for regular reporting plus performing strategic planning analysis. In addition, he/she will participate in the annual budget preparation and capital budgeting, and handle ad hoc projects.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Finance/ Accounting/ Business/ Statistics or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience is preferred
• Proficient in advanced Excel and Powerpoint
• Knowledge on Power BI and VBA is an advantage
• Analytical mind with strong business sense and sensitive to figures
• Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic environment
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Mature, responsible and have good time management
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
