We are a building services contractor specializing in design, installation and maintenance of air-conditioning & ventilation systems, electrical systems, fire service systems and building works.

Job Responsibilities:-

• Assist Project Manager in electrical project execution & tender estimation;
• Liaise and communicate with client, architect, consultant, main contractor and others;
• Supervise subcontractor performance;
• Prepare tenders, job budget, drawing and equipment submission for new projects or A&A works.

Job Requirements:-

• Holder of Degree / Higher Diploma in Building Services / Electrical Engineering or equivalent;
• At least 5 years of proven experience in project execution;
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English;
• Knowledge in PowerPoint, MS Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing and AutoCAD.

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Engineer
