The successful candidate will monitor and provide technical advice on the large-scale corporate IT infrastructure. He/ She will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of Servers and the VMware HCI farm, as well as day-to-day system monitoring, such as backup, system resources, M365 services, etc.

The candidate will help evaluate new technologies and IT platforms based on business needs. He/ She will also assist in implementing security and technical standards for on-premises servers and cloud systems, and maintaining internal IT documentation including policies, system and topology diagrams, etc.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure and technologies including Microsoft 365, Veeam, Patch Management, VMware HCI, Active Directory, Azure AD, and Exchange servers with Database availability groups
• Knowledge of email authentication methods and email Antispam gateway
• Possessing relevant cloud certifications and practical experience in cloud infrastructure such as Azure and AWS, and related Cloud automation and configuration management is an advantage
• Able to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
• A collaborative team player with interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to analyze, organize and problem-solve
