We are looking for a Captain - Lobby Lounge based at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong!
As a Captain, we rely on you to:
- Provide quality service to guests
- Ensure smooth operations of the work section appointed and strive for customer delights
- Ensure that service / items are prepared according to restaurant standards
- Check cleanliness of the section prior to and after service
- Obtain customer feedback during operation to ensure guest satisfaction
- Assist the manager in the day to day operations
We are looking for someone who has:
- Relevant working experience in a supervisory role with background of international 5-star luxury brand of hotel is preferred
- With formal training in Hospitality Management is an advantage
- Excellent guest interaction skills
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills
- Guest oriented and a good team player
- Outgoing and friendly with great attention to detail
