職位描述

Po Leung Kuk is established since 1878, adhering to the “people-oriented” philosophy and the mission of “protecting the young and the innocent, aiding the needy and nurturing the talents”, Connect with and make good use of social resources to provide citizens with diversified high-quality social services, including integrated family services, child care services, children and youth services, rehabilitation services, elderly services, medical and comprehensive health services, with more than 100,000 people served each year.

安老服務

入職要求

• 具備學位資歷的註冊社工/護士/職業治療師/物理治療師；具7年或以上督導及發展安老服務經驗；具安老院舍服務及統籌跨單位計劃經驗者優先；獲聘者會獲分配管理安老服務單位，並因應服務及發展需要進行職位輪調。

主要職責

• 負責安老服務單位及社企的督導及發展；監控屬下服務單位的財務預算及運作；統籌跨單位服務及活動計劃：聯繫及鞏固各持份者的夥伴合作。
