Fanling North New Development Area, Remaining Phase: Site Formation and Infrastructure Works

AtkinsRéalis invites applications for the following Resident Site Staff positions under the project for Fanling North New Development Area, Remaining Phase: Site Formation and Infrastructure Works. The works comprise site formation of lands and ground investigation within Fanling North New Development Area (FLN NDA), construction of at-grade roads connecting FLN NDA to Fanling Highway and associated junction/road improvements, construction of noise barriers and low noise road surfacing, construction of common utility enclosure and associated works, and ancillary works including footbridges, footpaths, cycle tracks, lighting, traffic aids, sewage pumping stations, drainage, sewerage, water mains, landscaping works, slope works and electrical and mechanical works. The works are scheduled to commence in July 2024 and will take about 66 months to complete tentatively.

Resident Senior Technical Officer (Civil) 駐地盤高級技術主任 (土木工程)

Candidates should have:

• Diploma or Higher Certificate from Construction Industry Council in Hong Kong / Hong Kong Institute of Construction / Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education / Technical Institute / Technical College / Polytechnic University or equivalent in an appropriate discipline; and
• 7 years of relevant post qualification experience; or
• 7 years of relevant experience as Resident Technical Officer or equivalent in public works projects of those listed in Section 4.5.2 of the RSS Management Handbook.
• Relevant BIM project experience is preferable.
• Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE / HKCEE or equivalent.

Grade C and Grade E in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to Level 3 and Level 2 respectively in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.

1. 持有建造業議會/香港建造學院/香港專業教育學院/工業學院/科技學院 或香港理工大學頒發相關學科的文憑或高級證書，或具備同等學歷；及
2. 具有七年於取得該等資格後之相關工作經驗；或
3. 具有七年在公共工程項目中擔任駐地盤技術主任(土木工程)或同等的相關工作經驗，或 [公共工程項目顧問直接僱用駐地盤人員管理手冊］第 4.5.2 節所列的內容。
4. 具有建築訊息模型項目經驗尤佳。
5. 香港中學文憑考試 / 香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科取得第2級以上成績，或同等學歷。

2007年之前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科（乙級）C級和E級在行政上會被視為等同於2007年及以後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科的第3級和第2級。
