Fanling North New Development Area, Remaining Phase: Site Formation and Infrastructure Works

AtkinsRéalis invites applications for the following Resident Site Staff positions under the project for Fanling North New Development Area, Remaining Phase: Site Formation and Infrastructure Works. The works comprise site formation of lands and ground investigation within Fanling North New Development Area (FLN NDA), construction of at-grade roads connecting FLN NDA to Fanling Highway and associated junction/road improvements, construction of noise barriers and low noise road surfacing, construction of common utility enclosure and associated works, and ancillary works including footbridges, footpaths, cycle tracks, lighting, traffic aids, sewage pumping stations, drainage, sewerage, water mains, landscaping works, slope works and electrical and mechanical works. The works are scheduled to commence in July 2024 and will take about 66 months to complete tentatively.

Resident Works Supervisor I (Civil) 駐地盤一級監工 (土木工程)

Candidates should have:

• Certificate from Construction Industry Council in Hong Kong / Hong Kong Institute of Construction / Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education / Technical Institute / Technical College / Polytechnic University or equivalent in an appropriate discipline; or
• Completed a recognised technician apprenticeship in an appropriate discipline; or
• Successfully completed a recognised craft apprenticeship with 2 years of experience as a skilled worker in an appropriate discipline; or
• 5 years of experience as a skilled worker in an appropriate discipline; and
• 3 years of relevant post qualification experience; or
• 3 years of relevant experience as Resident Works Supervisor II or equivalent in public works projects or those listed in Section 4.5.2 of the RSS Management Handbook.
• Attained level of proficiency in Chinese and English Languages equivalent to Secondary 3 standard or above.

1. 持有建造業議會/香港建造學院/香港專業教育學院/工業學院/科技學院 或香港理工大學頒發相關學科的證書或具備同等學歷；或
2. 完成認可相關的項目技術員學徒訓練；或
3. 成功完成認可的工藝學徒訓練，並具有兩年技術人員之相關工作經驗；或
4. 具有五年技術人員之相關工作經驗；及
5. 具有三年於取得以上資格後之相關工作經驗; 或
6. 最少三年在公共工程項目中擔任駐地盤二級監工或同等的相關工作經驗，或 [公共工程項目顧問直接僱用駐地盤人員管理手冊］第 4.5.2 節所列的內容。
7. 中文及英文語文能力達到相當於中三程度或以上。
