Requirements

• Diploma or Degree holder
• Minimum 1-2 years' experience in sales Coordination or sales administration or related field
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office application
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Provide sales admin support for the department
• Provide coordination, administrative, and operations support to the Sales function
• Liaise with clients and follow up with vendors to ensure completion of orders
• Assist with the preparation and coordination of sales activities
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
