• 我們正在招募 部長/主任 (2 名空缺) - 詳情如下：
• We are a Michelin One-Star luxurious Cantonese cuisine restaurant with 100-120 seats
• We are looking for Captain / Supervisor (2 vacancies) - with details as follows :

The Job :

• 為客戶提供日常專業服務
• 對所提供的食品/飲料/服務有完整的了解
• 依照公司食品安全衛生標準開展工作。
• 確保指定部門的順利運作。
• 為員工提供訓練；確保員工遵守公司政策和程序
• 獲取客戶回饋以確保滿意度。
• 部長 ：3-4年以上餐廳/酒店/會所工作經驗
• **主任 ：5年以上餐廳/酒店/會所工作經驗
• 受過餐飲/酒店管理教育者優先
• 有高級餐廳經驗者優先
• 有粵菜或中餐經驗或知識者優先
• 提供專業客戶服務的能力
• 願意學習並在餐飲業發展
• 每天9-10小時
• 每月休息6天
• 提供膳食
• 美好而友善的工作環境
• 工作地點 : 灣仔或尖沙咀 (2個職位空缺)
• Provide daily professional service to customers
• To have complete knowledge on the food / beverage / service available
• Work according to the Company food safety and hygiene standards.
• Supervise & ensure smooth operations of the section appointed.
• Provide training to subordinates; ensure subordinates follow Company policies and procedures
• Obtains customer feedback to ensure satisfaction.
• Captain : over 3-4 years work experience in restaurants / hotels / club houses....or equivalent
• Supervisor : over 5 years work experience in restaurants / hotels / club houses...or equivalent
• Studies in Food and Beverage / hotel management is an advantage
• Experience in luxurious restaurants is a plus
• Experience or knowledge in Cantonese or Chinese cuisine is a plus
• Ability to deliver professional customer service
• Willing to learn and develop career in F&B sector
• 9-10 hours per day
• 6 days off per month
• Meals provided
• Nice & friendly work environment
• Work location : Wanchai or TST (2 vacancies)
