STC is accredited internationally and is the first Hong Kong laboratory qualified to provide CCC testing services.

Responsibilities:

• Improve operations and financial performance.
• Develop strategy and set goals for growth.
• Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure the proper and effective allocation of resources to maximize company objectives.
• Identify and address problems and opportunities.
• Establish alliances and partnerships with other organizations.

Requirements:

• Degree in Science disciplines.
• At least 10 years solid experience in Testing and Certification industry.
• Mature problem solving, communications and leadership skills.
• Proactive in taking responsibilities, able to be multi-task and meet tight deadline.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Putonghua.
• Customer-oriented mindset.
