We are now actively searching for an energetic and focused professional to join us in the following capacity:

Job Duties:

• Support in-house catering, includes reinstate meeting room, provide Coffee or Tea as request and Room setup for event.
• Conference room replenishment
• Liaises with supplier for catering order
• Provide administrative support as needed
• Coordinate appointments and conference room reservations
• Greet external visitor
• Handle incoming telephone calls and customer enquiries

Requirements:

• Experience in working at a guest services industry or F&B industry
• Able to work within a demanding fast paced environment
• Work as a team-member to provide a ‘best in class’ services
• Proficiency in MS applications
• Extremely well presented
