The Company

Our client is a leading insurance business with a very strong reputation and brand in APAC and wider global markets.

The Job: - Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to address customers' requests about life insurance policies.

• Deliver excellent customer service, aiming for first contact resolution and adhering to set response timelines.

• Handle escalated cases, including complaints or special requests from team members or brokers.

• Provide support to customers through hotline and live chat, addressing inquiries about group and individual policies.

• Assist with administrative tasks, such as generating reports and handling correspondences.

The Person: - Previous experience in a customer service role in the insurance industry.

• Experience in handling life insurance hotline is preferred
• Must have IIQE Paper 1 & 3
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
• Good communication skills in English and chinese.
• A positive and empathetic attitude towards customers.
