We are looking for high caliber professional for the following position:
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to coordinate with internal/ external partners to develop training programs that meet needs and organize training materials
- Deliver, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
- Analyze and identify the staff training and development needs
- Assist in formulate the training strategies, annual training plan and budget
- Assist in compensation & benefits planning and review including pay surveys, pay trend analysis and internal pay scale review
- Responsible for recruitment
- Handle employee relations functions
- Ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree holder in HRM or related discipline
- At least 4 years relevant experience in delivering training program, proven exposure in the hospitality industry will be an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Mature, energetic, self-motivated and creative
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese,
- Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
- Immediate available is preferred
