Job Description:
- Supervise daily operation of Front Desk on monitoring the guest services level.
- Provide on-the-job training to Guest Services team and trainees.
- Maximize the daily room occupancy and revenue.
- Amend the up-sell package base on market trend and customer’s needs.
- Handle guest complaints.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum 5 years hotel operations experience with at least 2 years in supervisory level in Front Desk or Guest Services areas
- Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical skill and can work independently under pressure
- Friendly and guest oriented
- Degree or Diploma holder or related discipline
- Candidate with less experience can apply for Assistant Guest Services Manager
