The applicant must possess::

  1. a recognized degree;
  2. a minimum of 10 years’ post-qualification work experience at the Corporate Administration level in a sizeable organization or the public sector. The experience required SHOULD include managing outsource contractors, handling multi office locations, as well as supervising staff at different levels;
  3. good knowledge and hands-on experience in the application of smart office solutions and system automation in Corporate Administration;
  4. well-versed in handling insurance and property leasing matters;
  5. excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders;
  6. excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, hands-on experience in compilation of manuals, assignment brief and discussion paper (preferred).

Duties include::

Report to the Senior Manager – Estates Office and Corporate administration, the incumbent is responsible:

  1. to lead the Corporate Administration Team in providing quality administration services to approximately 20 CIC premises, including offices, training campus, outdoor training grounds and Zero Carbon Park;
  2. to take charge of formulating corporate administration policies and procedures, developing corporate administration standards and updating operation manual to align with the development and operation needs of CIC;
  3. to be responsible for the overall planning and budgeting relating to corporate administration;
  4. to plan, negotiate and manage various outsource contracts, including those for cleaning, security guard, call centres, dispatch and mailing, office management automation system, car pool, printing and stationery supply, gardening, as well as to oversee the performance of the vendors.
  5. to arrange administration support for office renovation and relocation;
  6. to manage various insurance and property leasing matters;
  7. to participate in and contribute to the application of new technologies in Corporate Administration aiming for continuous enhancement of service level;
  8. to carry out any other duties as assigned from time to time by the Executive Director.
