We specialize in search and selection of executives in the Banking and Finance, Insurance, Consulting, IT, Retail and FMCG industries.

Our client, a financial services company is currently in search of a Head of Sales to spearhead their insurance division. The preferred candidate will assume the crucial role of propelling sales growth, formulating strategic sales strategies and effectively overseeing a team of accomplished sales experts.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate effective sales strategies and carry out marketing events and sales initiatives to acquire new clients and expand the client base
• Create and apply comprehensive wealth strategies and investment and insurance offerings for different client segments and channels.
• Build robust relationships with clients and broaden the network of high-net-worth clients
• Assess the client’s needs and offer customized solutions in private wealth management, encompassing wealth generation, enhancement, protection, and succession planning
• Guide and inspire a team of sales professionals to drive results and exceed sales goals
• Full adherence to internal guidelines and external regulatory institutions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related field
• At least 8 years of experience working with high-net worth clients
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong relationship and communication skills
• Extensive knowledge in insurance products, bonds, funds and other financial instruments
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Qualifications in IIQE 1, 2, 3 and HKSI 1, 7, 8
