JPC Texson Ltd, established since 1990, is a Hong Kong and China licensed Employment Consulting firm, specializes in Headhunting and Recruiting Services for companies in Hong Kong and China. We have offices in Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Shanghai and Beijing.

The Company :

• Japanese company
• Logistics service provider with 80-100 staff in Hong Kong office
• We are looking for Human Resources & Admin Officer - with details as follows :

The Job :

• Work in HR & Admin team of 4 members
• Report to HR & Admin Manager
• Participate in daily HR & administrative role
• Participate in recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits administration
• Participate in the implementation and daily operation of the HR system
• Handle office administration tasks such as ordering supplies, document management
• Support/Coordinate company events and staff activities
• Assist in work visa application for Japanese staff
• Perform other ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned
• Diploma or above
• Over 2-3 years experience in human resources or administrative role
• Well versed in HK employment Ordinances and related legislation
• Experience in Japanese companies is highly prefer
• Knowledge in Japanese language is an advantage
• No trips is required
• Annual leave : 14 days
