This is a newly created position where you will be responsible for HR projects and data analysis for a business of 2800-3000 staff in Hong Kong.

Our client is a celebrated global company with 2800-3000 employees across front line and back office functions in Hong Kong.

Description

This is a newly created team where you and a team member will be responsible for the design, development and implementation of the HR initiatives around employee engagement survey, employer branding, DEI, wellness , CSR , events and HR awards for the company. You will work closely with the global and regional HR teams to fully understand the HR initiative and tailor make/localize the program to fit local culture and needs. You are the project lead for Hong Kong, and partner with the local committee members to drive the programs forward. In addition, you will support the HRBP on HR reporting such as staff costs, turnover, productivity, new hires, gender balance, management grading, leave management and other key metrics for recruitment or C&B related matters.

Profile

You will be degree qualified with a minimum of 12 years work experience with passion in employee engagement and HR projects. You will have a solid track record in delivering HR programs and have participated/chaired internal committees for HR initiatives like D&I, CSR, engagement activities and company events. You will have great communication and relationship building skills to influence and attract employees' awareness and participation in the events and initiatives. Fluency in English and Chinese is required. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Manager.
