About the Role
Perform and conduct daily operation support to Life and Employee Benefits Business on policy contract issuance and provide clerical support by monitoring processes to ensure the fulfilment of turnaround time in comply with internal and external benchmark.
Responsibilities:- Manage the production and distribution of policy contract to meet service level and quality requirements
- Monitor vendors' performance on the outsourcing services in line with the Company requirements and service level.
- Support the daily scanning service and monitor the Quality Control Process with the vendors to resolve unidentified images
- Conduct image processing, reindexing and relevant document processing with the imaging system.
- Assist in the daily contract batch export running and printing in Policy Printing System.
- Perform the end-to-end Policy Contract handling process and proactively follow up with relevant stakeholders on status updates
- Consolidate and extract MCV policy delivery status for our business parters
- Coordinate with courier service provider to review service performance and follow up the delivery status
- Work closely with clerical team on the daily output to ensure the accuracy of output deliverables and update the Policy Contract status in a master file
- Generate and/or prepare various types of letters such as Due Premium Letter, Flu Vaccination Letter Debit Note and Capitation Statement to both clients and business parters
- Handle payment settlement and verify the usage with vendors and various departments in a timely manner.
- Monitor stock management for printing items
- Assist the supervisor to build flowcharts, process maps, diagrams and implementation of the new processes
- Perform company deletion exercise and prepare the management monthly report
- Review and update procedures/ operation manuals and provide feasible suggestion to improve work efficient and customer experience.
- Handle ad hoc projects and duties periodically assigned by supervisor(s)
Requirements:- University graduate with minimum 3 years of management experience in banking or retirement fund administration
- Good command of both English and Chinese
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
- Good PC skills in MS office
