  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with providers, negotiating favorable contracts and ensuring high-quality and cost-effective services for policyholders.
  6. Stay updated on regulatory changes and compliance requirements in the insurance industry, ensuring our business operations align with legal and ethical standards.
  7. Leverage digital technologies and advancements to enhance customer experience, streamline processes, and drive digital sales in the insurance sector.
  8. Monitor key performance indicators, financial metrics, and market trends to evaluate the success of business strategies and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
  9. Provide strategic guidance and expertise to senior leadership, presenting findings, insights, and recommendations to drive informed decision-making.

Requirements:
