- Build and maintain strong relationships with providers, negotiating favorable contracts and ensuring high-quality and cost-effective services for policyholders.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and compliance requirements in the insurance industry, ensuring our business operations align with legal and ethical standards.
- Leverage digital technologies and advancements to enhance customer experience, streamline processes, and drive digital sales in the insurance sector.
- Monitor key performance indicators, financial metrics, and market trends to evaluate the success of business strategies and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Provide strategic guidance and expertise to senior leadership, presenting findings, insights, and recommendations to drive informed decision-making.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development in insurance business strategy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field. (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful business strategies in the insurance industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the insurance landscape, including market dynamics, emerging trends, and regulatory environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence key decision-makers.
- Familiarity with digital technologies and their application in the insurance sector.
