About the Role

Implement Promotion and Communication initiatives derived through marketing knowledge to achieve core business objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities:- Plan, conceptualize and implement both local and oversea events tailored to specific audience.

• Design market leading experiences from idea and content to event planning and operations. Engage audience optimally with the new insights to drive specific business focuses.
• Manage event projects independently, coordinate with different internal stakeholders to implement projects efficiently.
• Connect and coordinate with various event and marketing agency, ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
• Prepare and draft related promotion and communication materials.
• Objective-driven and audience centric, proactively identify and solve challenges independently.
• Collaborate with the team and contribute ideas to derive event and promotion initiatives.

Minimum Job Requirements:- University graduate of Marketing, Communication or equivalent

• 4 to 5 years' proven experience in Event and Marketing communication.
• Working experience in marketing agencies an advantage.
• Candidates with more experiences could be considered for a manager role.
• Hands on experience in handling large scale events and oversea conventions.
• Ability to plan, manage and implement multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong ownership and passionate to marketing and communication.
• Willing to travel occasionally for oversea events.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work independently.
• Good team player and proactive to participate in a team.
• Strong communication skills with good written Chinese and English.
