The applicant must possess:

1. a recognised degree;
2. a minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification work experience in administration; experience in customer service or marketing is highly preferred;
3. strong leadership, self-initiated and problem solving skills;
4. strong communication & presentation skills and experience in partner management is highly preferred;
5. a high level of integrity and a strong sense of accountability;
6. pro-active, resourceful and energetic character, able to work independently with minimal supervision;
7. knowledge or experience in construction would be an advantage; and
8. good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

(Applicants who do not possess the required qualifications and / or experience may be considered for other positions within the organisation.)

Duties include:

1. to oversee and lead training programme administrators and assistants to organise master classes and signature training programmes within budget and timeline, and coordinate with internal and external parties;
2. to develop and maintain good relationship with industry stakeholders and to regularly review partner engagement strategies;
3. to manage marketing and promote training programmes including continuous professional development programmes to the general public and the stakeholders of the construction industry;
4. to assist in obtaining qualification recognitions from local and overseas professional organisations, educational institutions and government authorities;
5. to perform secretariat duties for training-related working groups and promotion-related activities; and
6. to carry out any other duties as assigned from time to time by the Executive Director.

The position is on a renewable fixed-term contract (subject to performance and operational needs) for a period of 2 years.
