We are looking for a 2-3PQE Corporate Lawyer who is experienced in handling Hong Kong IPO projects.

Client Details

Our client is a leading law firm with a strong presence across Hong Kong and Mainland China. They have a very active IPO pipeline, so are looking to add new headcount to their team.

Description

Working in a team of lawyers, you will have exposure to high volume IPO projects for Hong Kong listings. You will be responsible for drafting legal opinion, preparing verification notes and drafting sections of the prospectus. In addition to this you will provide assistance with post-listing compliance matters including preparing annual reports, drafting announcements and circulars, and advising clients.

Profile

The ideal candidate will be a Hong Kong qualified lawyer with around 2-3 years of post qualification experience. It is essential that they have solid experience handling Hong Kong IPO projects, ideally from an international law firm, although candidates coming from Red Circle law firms or leading local law firms may also be considered. Strong fluency in English and Mandarin is required.
