职位描述

Requirements:

• Degree holder
• Minimum 3 year experience in sales / business development / key account field
• Experience in Building Construction or Building Material or Civil or Construction industry is a plus
• Have network with contractors, consultants, architects and developers is a plus
• Good command of written and verbal English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office application
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

Job Duties:

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets
• Coordinate with Architects, Engineers, Contractors and Developers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Participate and lead in other ad-hoc projects
