Job Description:
They are seeking an experienced ALM Manager to join their finance department in Hong Kong. In this role, you will be responsible for the management and oversight of our Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) function, which is a critical component of our overall asset and liability management strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement robust FTP policies, processes, and methodologies to ensure accurate and effective internal funds allocation
- Analyze the bank's asset and liability structure, liquidity profiles, and interest rate sensitivities to optimize the FTP framework
- Collaborate with various business units to understand their funding needs and allocate funds accordingly
- Monitor and report on FTP performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and internal risk management guidelines
- Provide expert guidance and training to finance team members on FTP best practices
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory developments, and technological advancements in the FTP domain

Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar ALM/FTP role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
- Strong understanding of asset-liability management principles, funds transfer pricing methodologies, and interest rate risk management
- Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and report generation using tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders across the organization
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address complex FTP-related challenges
- Familiarity with relevant regulatory frameworks and risk management practices in the Hong Kong financial market
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred
