I am currently working with a global reinsurance company for the role of Regional Operational Excellence Lead. You will report to Global Head of Strategy, Transformation & Operational Excellence while working closely with stakeholders. This role is an Individual Contributor with the potential of team leading in the future.

Role:

• Lead and facilitate cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.
• Analyze operational data and identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Develop and implement OPEX strategies aligned with business goals.
• Coach and mentor teams on best practices in Lean and Six Sigma.
• Drive standardization and process optimization across departments.
• Monitor KPIs to assess the success of improvement projects.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to embed a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in Operational Excellence, Lean, or Continuous Improvement roles.
• Solid experience within the Life & Health Insurance space
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Certification required.
• Strong understanding of value stream mapping, root cause analysis, and process reengineering.
• Demonstrated success in leading change management and improvement projects.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
