Job Description

• Degree in Property / Facilities Management or related disciplines
• At least 15 years’ relevant experience of which 10 years at managerial level in sizeable organization
• Member of RPHM, CIH, HKIFM or HKIH is highly preferable
• Conversant with BMO, DMC and related ordinances
• Strong leadership and excellent interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure
• Committed to continuous improvement
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Property Manager
