Responsibilities
· Lead the design and enhancement of digital onboarding flows for various customer segments, including savings accounts, credit cards, loans, and wealth products
· Define product requirements, write clear user stories, and maintain the onboarding product backlog to ensure a seamless customer experience.
· Work closely with UX designers, technology, compliance, operations, and KYC teams to deliver features from conception to release.
· Monitor onboarding funnel metrics and use data insights to prioritize enhancements that improve conversion rates and reduce drop-off.
· Ensure all onboarding journeys adhere to regulatory requirements, incorporating audit trails, consent mechanisms, and exception handling.
· Collaborate with marketing and product teams to deploy personalized offers and promotions, leveraging customer data and behavioral signals.
· Analyze campaign performance metrics and iterate strategies based on A/B testing and multivariate experiments to enhance engagement.
· Partner with marketing and content teams to define go-to-market plans for major digital campaigns, ensuring timely and compliant rollout.
· Coordinate with stakeholders to prepare for feature launches, including testing, training, and documentation.
· Monitor real-time engagement post-launch and optimize campaign strategies while resolving any production issues.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in product ownership, digital marketing, or related roles, preferably in the financial services sector.
· Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience participating in Agile ceremonies.
· Familiarity with digital onboarding processes, martech tools, and analytics platforms.
· Proven ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to optimize customer journeys and improve conversion rates.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
· Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and understanding customer needs.
· Knowledge of risk management, compliance, and regulatory requirements in the banking sector.
· Ability to identify issues and implement solutions quickly and effectively.
· Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
