Job Description：

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with prospective clients to drive business expansion and meet assigned sales targets.
• Conduct regular client meetings to evaluate their insurance needs, understand their risk profiles, and identify cross-selling or upselling opportunities.
• Offer expert advice and guidance on insurance/ Financial products, coverage options, and risk management strategies.
• Prepare and present comprehensive insurance proposals, including policy terms, coverage details, and premium calculations, tailored to clients' specific requirements.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and new insurance products to provide clients with the most relevant and up-to-date information.
• Achieve and surpass assigned sales targets, revenue objectives, and client retention metrics.

• 建立和维护与潜在客户的紧密关系,推动业务增长,实现分配的销售目标。
• 定期与客户会面,评估他们的保险需求,了解他们的风险状况,并发掘交叉销售或升级销售的机会。

• 准备和提呈全面的保险建议书,包括保单条款、承保细节和保费计算,以切合客户的具体需求。
• 密切关注行业趋势、监管变化和新的保险产品,为客户提供最相关和最新的资讯。
• 实现并超越分配的销售目标、收益目标和客户保留指标。

Requirement：

• Hold IIQE Paper 1, 3.
• With IIQE Paper 4, 5 would be an advantage.
• Degree Holder
• At least 2 years of experience in the insurance ／brokerage industry／ retail banking。
• Strong interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
• Excellent working attitude and willing to learn
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin is preferable

工作要求：

• 持有IIQE Paper 1、3资格证书。
• 具有IIQE Paper 4、5资格证书将是优势。
• 拥有学位学历。
• 具有至少2年保险／经纪业／银行的销售经验。
• 工作态度积极主动,愿意学习。
• 精通英文和中文(特别是普通话)的书面及口语表达能力
