Job duties:
- Manage customer transaction activities, including responding to customer inquiries, handling loans, deposits, FX transactions, customer onboarding, bank registration changes, and KYC-related tasks.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer transactions are processed efficiently and on time.
- Support Relationship Managers (RMs) by assisting in maintaining strong client relationships, gathering relevant information, and helping to identify new business opportunities.
- Promote the bank's products and services by increasing transaction volumes and broadening the scope of deposits, loans, and FX-related activities.
- Streamline operational workflows for improved efficiency.
- Provide training and guidance to new team members to ensure seamless integration into the team.
Job requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- At least 2years of relevant banking experience, preferably in the corporate banking sector.
- Strong knowledge of corporate banking products and operational procedures.
- Customer-focused with a strong service mindset and the ability to identify and address client needs.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Skilled in PC applications and Microsoft Office.
