Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital customer platform projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while effectively communicating progress to stakeholders.
• Oversee the development and implementation of digital features that enhance customer experience and engagement.
• Facilitate Agile project management practices, ensuring a responsive and adaptive project environment.
• Analyse project performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and optimisation of the platform.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, securing buy-in and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business, IT, or other related disciplines.
• At least 5 years of working experience in consulting or project management.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of managing and delivering large scale change projects
• Experience in Agile
• Strong interpersonal skills with various senior stakeholders
• Industry knowledge in Insurance or Banking is a big plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in verbal and written English and Chinese (Cantonese) communications is essential
