Overview:

My client is a start up company in Hong Kong and they are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Become a hunter, identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets, and utilize multiple channels to call clients (linkedin, cold call, events).
  • Build and maintain strong B2B relationships with clients and partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize business development efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of B2B sales experience at recruitment or HR solution house
  • Experience in business development, account management or a similar work experience with small to middle-sized corporate clients
  • Knowledge of HR practices and service is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
  • Good command in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin Speaking)
