We are seeking a Data Analytics and CRM Manager to define and execute digital messaging strategies, collaborate on analytics, and manage cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail banking, strong technical skills, and the ability to handle large datasets.

Description

• Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify patterns and trends in customer behavior.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer propositions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven insights.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform customer proposition strategies.
• Utilize statistical techniques and data modeling to predict customer behavior and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data quality checks.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and customer insights.

Profile

• University degree in Statistics, Data and Information Management, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in retail banking, focusing on information and data management.
• Strong self-motivation, organizational, multi-tasking, problem-solving, and influencing skills.
• Effective communication skills with business, operation, and technology teams.
• Preferred knowledge and experience in SAS, SQL, Tableau/QlikSense and Python
