Description

• Developing and implementing financial strategies that align with our multi-industry business model and long-term objectives
• Identifying and deploying modern finance systems and tools (ERP, BI platforms, process automation) to enhance efficiency, compliance, and reporting transparency across our business units in the region.
• Managing statutory compliance, tax planning, and financial reporting in each operating region, ensuring alignment with IFRS and local GAAP standards - all coordinated from Hong Kong.
• Consolidating group-wide financial performance; providing analytical support to business leaders and the executive team on profitability, investment decisions, and cost optimization for the entire region, reported from HK.
• Leading regional finance teams and collaborating closely with business heads across our businesses to align financial goals, with your leadership based in Hong Kong.

Profile

• A qualified financial professional (e.g., Chartered Accountant, CPA) at least 10-15+ years of finance experience, preferably with exposure to multiple industries relevant to the Asian market.
• Experience working in regional or group-level finance roles overseeing operations across Asia, ideally in holding company or diversified business group environments
• Strong knowledge of financial technologies and systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Power BI, cloud-based platforms);
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; able to influence across cultures and organizational levels, essential for success in a diverse regional role based in HK.
