About the client

Our client is a leading and highly respected healthcare and wellness company in Hong Kong and Greater China**,** renowned for its innovative blend of traditional and digital strategies to drive business transformation. As part of their ongoing expansion, they are seeking a talented Director of Digital & Data Transformation that focuses on IT innovation and data management.

About the role

Reporting to the CIO, you will lead the organization's data strategy and digital transformation initiatives, driving innovation, operational efficiency, and competitive advantage. This role is responsible for harnessing data as a strategic asset while accelerating digital adoption across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will combine deep expertise in data governance, advanced analytics, and digital transformation to modernize processes, enhance customer experiences, and enable data-driven decision-making at scale. You will lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives, leveraging AI, automation, and cloud technologies to identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and revenue growth through digital innovation. Leading a small team, you will spearhead the adoption of advanced analytics, AI, machine learning, and predictive modeling to evaluate and implement cutting-edge tools and platforms for data management and digital enablement. Lastly, foster a culture grounded in data by supporting collaboration, transparency, and innovation throughout all tiers of the organization.

The successful applicant

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
• Minimum 10+ years in senior leadership roles spanning data management, digital transformation, and technology innovation
• Proven track record in data governance, analytics, and enterprise architecture
• Experience with cloud adoption and customer centric digital data solutions will be a plus
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
• Visionary mind set with a bias for execution and measurable outcomes
• Good command in Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) and English
