Job duties of this Role:- Collaborate with Business users to define use cases, capture required KPIs, and document requirements

• Communicate with users on change impacts and host product demo
• Develop user guides to facilitate knowledge transfer
• Execute change activities for data solutions
• Drive knowledge transfer of data products to Operations team

Qualifications

Come JOIN US if you have:- Bachelor degree or above from top-tier universityin IT or related disciplines

• 2-6 years of related working experience in technology industry, preferably in consultancy environment
• Prior experience in a sizeable digital transformation project
• Solid understanding of Agile or Scrum methodology
• Good command in English
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for senior roles

Good to have - - Familiarity with visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau

• Knowledge in SQL, NoSQL, Python, R, Databricks, etc.
• Project experience in retail industry
