Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage corporate-level projects, ensuring cross-functional collaboration and successful execution.
• Drive accurate data analysis to inform decision-making and enhance project outcomes.
• Oversee Business Analyst responsibilities, including crafting user stories and ensuring UAT alignment with project expectations.
• Support project management activities, including workgroup preparation and facilitation.
• Provide regular and transparent progress updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and accountability.

What We’re Looking For

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Deep expertise in Life Operations, particularly in payment-related processes.
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in data analysis; proficiency in data analysis tools is a plus.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• Solid grasp of project management methodologies (Waterfall and Agile); relevant certifications are preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for effective reporting and presentations.
• A proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
