• Brand owner & manufacturer : air conditioning & ventilation products especially for split-type air conditioner & variable refrigerant flow (VRF) system
• Main market : Hong Kong especially air-conditioning retailing & distribution sector
• We are now looking for SALES & MARKETING MANAGER – with details as follows :

THE JOB :

• Lead Air-Conditioning team of 5 members
• Lead the Team to devise and execute strategic planning and marketing of Air Conducting (AC) and ventilation products;
• Prepare annual business plan and budget in strategic viewpoints and execute the plan to achieve the budget;
• Prepare product plan that includes strategies for product line-up, pricing, sales channels, and marketing for both existing products and future developments aimed at growing the business;
• Collect and summarize market information for considering any counter-measure in a timely manner and understand market needs for future development of new products;
• Manage and control PSI (Purchase, Sales and Inventory) and issuance P/O to factories;
• Prepare product sales tools and execute marketing activities such as event and advertisement;
• Plan and conduct multiple campaigns to maximize the sales;
• Coordinate with factories and provide product technical support to sales team.
• Bachelor Degree preferably in Business Administration / Marketing / Engineering / Building Services...or related
• 10+ years solid experiences of management, strategic planning, business development, sales and/or product marketing in the field of Air Conducting products especially for split-type AC and VRF;
• Possess comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of AC retails and distribution industries as well as understanding customer needs in HK;
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);
• 13 months salary + performance bonus
• Annual leave : 12 days
